Return Window

30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unworn condition.

How to Return

Email us at returns@pointyproject.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Credit will appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or piece, we will ship the replacement at no extra charge once we receive your return.
